Come into popworld most weekends and in never ceases to amaze the atmosphere is always amazing and the service from will when ever I need something extra or want a booth it's amazing 100% recommend
Well I had a blast, we were there early evening so they were playing a lot of classic hits mixed with more recent tunes. Loved the cheesy dance floor, very inclusive, felt very safe with lots of security around. Loved the 3 ladies rocking it in wheel chairs
This is the place to be in Solihull especially for your birthday, they make it extra special and if you register 8 weeks before your birthday you will get a bar tab (£25) to buy your first round. In tonight celebrating my nieces 8th birthday and they have really helped us celebrate and mark this special occasion. Having an amazing night so I better get back to it lol. The incident occurred on 26.01.2025 at 00:25 in Popworld - Solihull. The female security staff behaved extremely rudely and unprofessionally. Specifically, they failed to explain their demands clearly and instead chose to physically push me and my friend out onto the street without our outerwear. This was particularly unpleasant given the weather conditions and the fact that we had not engaged in any illegal activity. Such treatment is entirely unacceptable and has left an extremely negative impression.
I expect a public apology from the management and appropriate action to be taken against the staff involved.
While I understand that there may have been certain rules in place, as first-time visitors to this club, we could not have been aware of them. The staff could have easily explained the situation in a respectful manner; however, she opted to be rude, going so far as to accuse us of ignoring her. Such behavior is disgraceful and wholly inappropriate for someone working in a public-facing role.
I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone unless proper measures are taken to address this issue, including the dismissal of the staff member in question.
Today I visited the Pop World club for the first time with my friend, the impressions are terrible, not only did we have to wait about an hour at the bar until they took our order, the staff is very slow. The security at the entrance was very rude to us, when we went outside because my friend had an urgent call, the woman just threw us out without explaining anything, our jackets were left inside, and we were without outerwear, they took away a cocktail that did not belong to me, when I said that I did not understand everything she was saying because my level of English leaves much to be desired, she just said the same thing over and over again, which I did not understand and kicked us out, I was very offended and upset and disappointed with such staff, I did not hear any help, support or explanations. I had to experience this terrible experience myself on January 26, 2024 at 00:20
