She was incredibly attentive throughout our visit, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. We played darts during our time there, and every time we had a question or needed anything, Brooke was right there with a smile, ready to help.
What really stood out was how genuinely kind and approachable she wasit wasn’t just great service, it was the kind of personal touch that makes an experience memorable. You could tell she cared about what she was doing and wanted everyone to feel welcome and looked after.

Had a lovely visit with my family for my dad’s birthday. Did the the darts and it was brilliant. The staff that were only were just fabulous and had a great laugh with us. 100% will be back
The staff at Solihull are always so lovely and accommodating! I was looked after by Tamzin during my most recent visit and she is a credit to the place. Always smiling and so helpful. Lovely food and great drinks, would definitely recommend!

Kelsey was our host and he was fantastic. Information for arrowsmiths was fantastic, flick the light and someone was with us within the minute. Brilliant darts set up, and was very helpful with the table next to us who were not sure what to do. The best darts experience I have ever had. Full marks to Kelsey and the team
