About This Pub

Ah, Paradise Farm Pub – it's one of those places that really grows on you once you're inside. From what I've gathered from the reviews, the owner and team are absolute gems, always up for a chat and making sure everyone feels welcome, which is just what you want on a quiet evening out. The bar's got plenty of room to spread out, and that function area sounds ideal for watching the footie or hosting a get-together with friends – plus, sorting out parking isn't a hassle, which is a win in my book. On the flip side, it's not the easiest place to find; the signage could do with a spruce-up, and it seems they've lost that intimate, cosy feel with the smaller bar gone, making it a bit more functional than charming at times. It's only open from late afternoon onwards, so if you're after a lunch stop, you might be out of luck. Overall, it's a solid choice for a laid-back night, but go in with realistic expectations – the high rating shows it's doing something right, but it's not without its quirks. I'd say it's worth a visit if you're in Bradford and fancy a pint in a friendly spot, just maybe pop the address into your satnav first!

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home as soon as you walk in.
  • It's got a spacious bar and a great function room, perfect for catching up on sports or gathering with mates.
  • Ample parking available, which is a real bonus after a long day.
  • A hidden gem in Bradford with a solid vibe, especially if you're after a relaxed spot for drinks and chats.
Cons
  • Directions and signage are a bit dodgy, so it can be tricky to find if you're not familiar with the area.
  • The small, cosy bar area seems to have disappeared, leaving things feeling a tad soulless at times.
  • Only open in the evenings, which might not suit everyone looking for a daytime pint.
  • Their online presence is a bit lacking, with website issues that make it hard to get more info beforehand.

As pubs goes it's ok. Directions a bit iffy. Not signposted very well. Staff are friendly and lots of space inside. Plenty of parking.

This place only has the big function room open now. The small cosy bar seems to have gone west. Rather soulless but well run Covid-wise.
