About This Pub

Ah, Little Bat – it's one of those neighbourhood gems that just draws you in with its warm, inviting feel. From what I've gathered from folks who've been, the cocktails are a real standout; they're creative and full of surprising flavours that make every sip an adventure. Pair that with some delicious small plates and you're in for a treat – think fresh, vibrant options that hit the spot without overwhelming the palate. The service is another winner; it's attentive and makes you feel right at home, especially if you're popping in for something special like a wedding reception. That said, it's not all perfect – a few have mentioned the cocktails can be a tad light on the booze, so if you're after something with more punch, you might need to adjust your expectations. And do keep in mind it's closed on Mondays, which is a bit of a shame if that's your only free evening. All in all, it's a lovely spot for catching up with mates or enjoying a quiet drink, and I'd say it's well worth a visit if you're in the area – just go with an open mind and you'll have a cracking time.

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • The cocktails are an absolute delight – unique, surprising, and packed with flavour, making them a real highlight for any visit.
  • The small plates and food options are fresh, vibrant, and spot on, with things like rosemary fries and brunch dishes earning high praise.
  • Service is top-notch, especially for special events like weddings, where staff go the extra mile to make everything feel personal and welcoming.
  • The atmosphere is cosy and fun, with intimate vibes and quirky decor that make it perfect for a relaxed evening or a celebration.
Cons
  • Some cocktails might not be as strong as you'd hope, which could leave you wanting a bit more of a kick if that's your preference.
  • It's closed on Mondays, so if you're keen for a mid-week tipple, you'll have to save it for another day.

The coolest little spot with amazing service! I had my wedding reception here in April 2025 and I can't recommend it enough. The food was delicious, the drinks were a big hit (especially the spicy tequila cocktail) and everyone kept saying how great the vibes were. We didn't need any decorations because the venue itself looks great on its own! The staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we could ask for and were very responsive. They even helped us find a very last minute DJ who really pulled the whole night together. Everyone who attended told us that it was the best fun they'd had on a night out in years. If anyone's looking for a fun, easy-going wedding reception venue with exceptional service and delicious food, I highly recommend them!

We used this venue for our wedding welcome drinks (as the venue where we had our first date) and it worked perfectly for the occasion. We felt very looked after by the staff. Everyone loved the place, for the fun decor, delicious cocktails, great venue and just general fun atmosphere.

The food and cocktails were really good. I ordered the rosemary fries twice because they were perfect. I can see why others have commented on the cocktails not being that boozy, since I ordered two signature (i.e. not the low ABV ones) cocktails in an hour and didn’t feel like I drank alcohol a few hours later. I personally prefer that these days. Atmosphere on a Thursday night seemed mainly good for dates or low key hangouts. The service is also low key. No one asked how the drinks or food were until I was already paying, and there wasn’t any basic conversation at the bar. It seemed to be their general approach that day. I would’ve ordered more if it were more interesting/engaging to be there. All that being said, I probably would still go back to try more of the menu and set my expectations that there won’t be much service.

We went there Friday night for drinks and Saturday noon for brunch. This place is absolutely amazing, day and night. Brunch is exceptional. We had the chickpea and potato dish, the avocado sourdough and the brioche with butterscotch banana and mascarpone. Everything was delicious and the eggs poached in a perfect way. To top all that the DIY bloody Mary offer is genius. We had a great time and definitely going back for more. Easily one of the best places in London at the moment.
