Unfortunately I genuinely believe it was just an "off" day within the kitchen as the food quality didn't match up with the rest of the pub.
Unfortunately the curry was watery, the chip portions were small, & the signature horseshoe stacker onion rings sharer was just a bowl of just about cooked onion rings
Lovely Father's Day lunch today. Impressed with the quality of the food and the value for money. Pleasant staff. A really enjoyable experience. Thank you all. We shall return.
Came to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday I booked the tables a few months before and asked specifically for 2 certain tables. When we arrived we were not welcomed in and i had to grab a member of staff and tell them we had a reserved then we were sat opposite end of the pub to where we wanted . No explanation why !!
We do eat here regularly but found the customer service this time very poor .
It was a Friday but wasn't busy at all and no explanation why we didn't get our reservation. Didn't feel welcomed at all this time very disappointing. We quickly ate our meal and left to continue our celebrations elsewhere.
We always have a very enjoyable experience at the keymaster . The bar staff are exceptional as are the servers expecially Sophie which is why we always return
Really shocked with how the evening went visiting this place with the family. Food took ages to come out they brought the adults meals out first and then the kids after 8mins which I believe that the kids meals should have came first. Food wasn't the best either the chicken was pink and the dessert was rock solid they didn't even let it defrost.
The lady which we believe was the assistant manager was RUDE we spoken to her and she was like it's busy and we don't have any staff but the pub was actually quiet. Loads of excuses which is wrong.
This should have been dealt professionally.
Not sure why this place has gone done? Think the team need full training.
