About This Pub

Ah, the Irish National Foresters Club – it's one of those hidden gems in Belfast that just feels like a proper local haunt. From what I've gathered from the reviews, folks absolutely love the friendly staff who go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome, whether you're there for a quick pint or a full-on family do. It's got that classic pub charm with a nice beer garden for when the weather's on your side, and the snooker tables are a brilliant addition for a bit of friendly competition. Prices are fair too, so you won't feel like you're splashing out unnecessarily. On the flip side, it does seem a bit quiet lately with not many new reviews coming in, which might mean it's not as lively as some other spots right now. Plus, the website's a bit of a mess, so you might have to rely on word of mouth or a quick call to sort out the details. All in all, if you're after a place with good vibes and a community spirit, it's worth checking out, but just keep an eye on those opening times to make sure it fits your plans.

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home as soon as you walk in.
  • It's a fantastic spot for gatherings, whether it's a family get-together, birthday bash, or even a quiz night – the atmosphere really brings people together.
  • Prices are spot on, with good value for beers and ciders that won't break the bank.
  • They've got a lovely beer garden and top-notch snooker tables, adding a fun twist to a night out.
  • Overall, it's a cosy place with a strong community feel, perfect for enjoying a pint and some good craic.
Cons
  • There haven't been many recent reviews, which might mean it's a bit quieter these days and not as buzzing as it could be.
  • The website seems to have some issues, making it tricky to get more details online before you pop in.
  • Operating hours can look a tad confusing from what's listed, so it's worth double-checking to avoid any disappointment.
  • It's only open six days a week, which could be a downside if you're planning a visit on that closed day.
