About This Pub

You know, after having a good look at Fuddy Duck Bar, I have to say it's one of those hidden gems that really stands out for beer lovers. From the reviews, folks are raving about the eclectic mix of American-style brews like IPAs and pale ales, plus gins and vodkas all made right on site – it's like they've got something for every taste, and it's all done with real passion. The atmosphere sounds brilliant, with live bands, DJs, and that beer garden adding a nice outdoor touch for when the weather's playing ball. Prices are fair too, so you can enjoy a few without feeling the pinch. On the flip side, it's only open Sundays from 4 to 8 PM, which is a real shame because it limits your chances to pop in, and with no fresh reviews in the last six months, it might not be as vibrant these days. Still, if you're in Boston and fancy a proper, relaxed spot for a pint and some good company, it's definitely worth seeking out – just plan ahead!

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • Fantastic selection of beers and spirits, all brewed on site – think American-style IPAs, pale ales, and even gins that are just spot on
  • Super friendly staff who make you feel right at home, always up for a chat and sharing tips on what to try
  • Lovely eclectic atmosphere with live music, bands, and a beer garden that's perfect for a relaxed catch-up with mates
  • Reasonable prices that won't break the bank, making it a great spot for enjoying a pint without the worry
Cons
  • Only open on Sundays from 4 PM to 8 PM, which is a bit limiting if you're hoping for a mid-week visit
  • Not much buzz lately with no recent reviews, so it might not be as lively as it once was
  • Tucked away in an industrial park, which could make it a tad tricky to find if you're not familiar with the area

Great service and beer selection. We had a great time visiting the bar today. The staff are really friendly and only too happy to guide you through the beer, gin, rum and vodka selection all brewed and distilled on site. The owners were really welcoming and spent time with us explaining their plans. I recommend it.

Depsite the rain, we had a fantastic time in the outdoor beer garden. Staff regularly checked in with us for food and drinks, and the prices were very reasonable too!

Located at the bottom end of Endeavour Park on the West side of Boston next to Energy Fitness, they've created an Urban Bar with good outside seating or a comfy indoors. The range of Ales, Lagers, Stout and Gin will meet most peoples tastebuds. Well worth a visit, cracking staff who play dodgy music, easy walking for anyone on the development behind Listers BMW👍
