About This Pub

Ah, the First & Last – it's one of those pubs that just hits the spot when you're in the mood for a proper British get-together. From what I've gathered from the reviews, the staff go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, which is always a winner after a long day. The Sunday roasts sound brilliant, with options like lamb, beef, or chicken, and they've even got high chairs for the little ones, making it spot on for family outings. Throw in a lovely beer garden for those warmer evenings and the fact it's dog-friendly, and you've got a place that's perfect for relaxing with mates or catching up over a game of darts. On the downside, it's a shame there aren't more recent reviews to go on, so it might have quieted down a bit or changed hands – always good to pop in and see for yourself. Overall, it's got that classic pub charm that makes you want to linger, and with a solid 4.4 rating, I'd say it's worth seeking out if you're in Lowestoft.

We had a lovely lunch here on Sunday with family. Normally a roast on a Sunday but our grandson won’t eat a roast so they cooked him chicken and chips. Can’t fault the service and friendly atmosphere
