About This Pub

Ah, Everest Cottage Bar and Grill – it's one of those neighbourhood pubs that really grows on you if you're after a relaxed evening out. From what I've gathered from folks' chats online, the food stands out as a real winner; think hearty, flavoursome dishes that won't set you back much, making it ideal for a casual catch-up with mates. The staff are generally chummy and make you feel right at home, and grabbing a decent pint feels like a proper British tradition. On the flip side, it's not all smooth sailing – service can drag on a bit, leaving you twiddling your thumbs, and there are tales of staff not always being in the cheeriest spirits, which might put a slight dampener on things. Oh, and keep an eye on those glasses; they're not always as spotless as you'd hope. All in all, it's got that community vibe going for it, especially since it's under new management and showing signs of improvement, so if you're in Dudley, it's worth popping in for a try – just go in with realistic expectations and you'll likely have a good time.

Glasses aren't always as clean as they'd ought to be, which is a shame for such a straightforward thing.

Good old British pub decent pint🍺👌💯
We had a delivery from here this week. Food was great, very tasty and great value for money. Would definitely recommend. We will be coming in to eat soon
Nice freindly staff , good prices , first time eating from here , the food was very good 👍🏻
First time trying the food. spot on 👍 Very nice. Good prices & clean.
Nice people that frequent the pub but the glasses are often dirty and some of the staff don't seem happy to be there. Service is painfully slow. . It's recently been taken over and it seems there's good going to be served. Maybe it'll improve. The tasters provided were very good.
