About This Pub
Ah, Cosy Club in Worcester – what a gem it is, tucked away in Cathedral Square. I've got to say, it's one of those places that just draws you in with its cosy vibe and that fantastic outdoor terrace where you can soak up the views of the cathedral while sipping on a well-crafted cocktail. The deals are brilliant too; imagine grabbing two cocktails for just £13.50 during happy hours – it's dead affordable and makes for a proper treat. The food doesn't disappoint either, with a solid range of menus from breakfast through to dinner, and they've nailed the options for vegans and families, which is always a plus when you're out with mates or the little ones. The staff often go the extra mile, being chatty and helpful, which really adds to the warm feel of the place. But, and I hate to mention it, there was that one review where things turned sour with some shouting from staff – it's a shame because it could mar an otherwise lovely evening. Overall, though, with a solid 4.4 rating, it's worth a visit if you're after a relaxed spot for a meal or drinks, just maybe keep an eye out for any off days to ensure you have a top-notch time.
Pros and Cons

The atmosphere is absolutely charming, with stylish decor and a lovely outdoor terrace that overlooks the cathedral – perfect for a bit of people-watching, rain or shine.
-
They've got some cracking deals on cocktails, like two for £13.50 between 4pm and 9pm, and the drinks are well-made and beautifully presented.
-
The staff are generally spot on, being friendly and attentive, which makes you feel right at home – especially if you're new to the area or in a group.
-
Food-wise, it's a winner with delicious options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even vegan and kids' menus, plus specials like bottomless brunch that add a fun twist.
Cons
-
There was a nasty incident in one review where a customer was shouted at by staff, which completely ruined what had been a great visit and might put some folks off.
-
Service can be a bit hit or miss, as not every experience lives up to the high standards, so it pays to keep expectations in check.

Went for cocktails with a group of friends last night. From 4-9 Sunday - Friday they have 2 cocktails for £13.50 which is great value as they are lovely and well presented.
The seating area is well decorated. Outdoor seating is nice and overlooks the cathedral. The music was just the right volume to set a good atmosphere but still be able to have a conversation.
All the staff are friendly and efficient. Bar queues moved really quickly. They are constantly clearing glasses away and keeping the place looking good.
I have eaten here in the past and remember it being excellent. Will try the food again at some point and update.
Regardless of the reason, being screamed at by the person in the photograph is not acceptable. The chef whom made me delicious and tasty food did not deserve to be screeched at in a manner not fitting for a restaurant. Turned a top experience to a never come back. If I was you mr chef, I’d find another position somewhere. I wouldn’t let anyone treat you that way.
Greeted on a cold Monday evening by Herbie and Harry running the bar and tables with ease.
New to the area and in for one evening they took me under their wings and we're incredibly friendly, a credit to the company.
Harry suggested vegan adjustments to the food selection which worked well, as well as offering loads of industry insight into the best places to go and check out after I'd eaten there. Industry recommendations go a long way so this was appreciated.
Wherever this employee ends up he is a credit to his organisation and should be acknowledged!
Out in town with my friend and got a bit peckish, saw the cosy club and thought we’d give it a go. The food was delicious!!! I had the smashed avocado and added bacon/egg it was so tasty. My friend had the cheeseburger and she loved it (normally a picky eater), staff were attentive and friendly nothing was too much hassle. It was quiet for a Friday but can’t complain. Also had the vanilla iced latte they were lovely too. Overall brilliant service and delicious food.
Cosy Club Worcester is located in Cathedral square of Worcester. The name doesn’t suggest what it is, it is a lovely pub restaurant in a great upstairs upscale area, the atmosphere is full of lovely art, pictures, etc, it’s very light and airy.
The restaurant as I call it is superb, very kid friendly with kids menu to match, the area is spacious with lots of seating, either tables or sections.
The servers are very attentive, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, with so much on the menu one does need assistance, I went for the full English, the star of the show for me was the sausage, how flavour some it was, everything was cooked fresh and tasty and the portion size was generous.
The atmosphere along with the friendly service makes me want to attend again and again
