Ah, Clarke's Sibin, what a hidden gem in Chorley! I have to say, it's one of those places that just draws you in with its warm, homely feel and that unmistakable Irish charm. The staff are absolute stars – always up for a chat and serving drinks with a genuine smile that makes the whole experience feel personal and inviting. It's got this fantastic military theme going on, which is spot on if you're an ex-service type or just fancy a bit of history mixed with your pint; it's clear it's a hub for like-minded folks to share stories and have a laugh. The drinks selection is solid too, with a great choice of beers and spirits – that Guinness is always a treat and hits the spot just right. Plus, they've got live music on offer, which really livens things up and turns an ordinary evening into something special.
