I have come here heaps of times, it’s now become one of my favourite places to eat at. I mostly love their all day brunch being available (I absolutely love a nice english breakkie). Whenever I come I get their breakfast option with sweet potato fries 😋

We had a wonderful experience at Casco Lounge. We ordered the English breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious – everything tasted fresh, well-prepared, and authentic. The flavors really stood out, making it one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a while.
Not the best of the Lounges chain. Orletto Lounge in Basildon and Salero Lounge in Maldon are my preferred choices.
Today our food just didn't cut the mustard. The lounge breakfast, garlic and parmesan wings and calamari were all overcooked. Had all of these dishes at the other lounge restaurants with no problems at all, so it's not the food quality that's the issue but the chef.
Service wasn't great either. Wasn't particularly busy in there today but we wasn't greeted to be sat. We stood and waited for 10 minutes and nobody came over to us. We have visited before, so we just sat down like we know to but for someone new, this may have been enough to just leave.
Food took a while to come out, especially the dessert. I ordered the desserts separately, just a slice of banoffee cheesecake and some churros. These took about 25 minutes to come out. Seemed like forever.
No beer on tap available and no diet coke either. Was a bit of a poor experience today.
We had dinner at Casco Lounge, they have a kids menu - this includes a drink a little pot of hummus and carrot / bread sticks if they want as well as the meal itself. Meals are ordered via QR code on table or at bar, and you pay before the food comes. Adult meals were about £16 each, so perhaps just a little above average maybe - I thought my meal was OK as did my wife. Kids were not keen on theirs (fish fingers - she just didnt like them / mac n cheese - too cheesy he said) but that's likely to be because my kids are fussy! They also had some colouring in they could do whilst waiting, and my daughter also coloured in some pretend glasses which she then wore all the way home! The cafe / restaurant was nicely decorated and the seats were comfy. We also felt comfortable taking the kids here which is the biggest win. It's also worth mentioning that my wife got a cherry bakewell cocktail (unfortunately I was driving), and she said she would most likely come back just to try more cocktails as the one she had was particularly nice!
The atmosphere is fantastic spacious and many decorations makes the place feels inviting. The service is a bit slow start, had to wait few minutes to be seated and not busy at all. I could only see one staff doing all the work and she was working hard trying her best running about until she ask her colleague to serve us.
I had their lounge breakfast and I really enjoyed it very much. Definitely will come back to this place.
