About This Pub

Ah, Brim and Crown in Luton – it's one of those pubs that feels like a reliable old mate, you know? From what I've gathered, the staff are absolute gems, always polite and making sure you're looked after, which really sets a nice tone for the evening. The food's a highlight too; people are buzzing about the Sunday roast and that lamb curry, with comments on how tender and flavoursome it all is. And let's not forget the practical bits – loads of easy parking and a good lineup of beers, plus a pool table that could turn any visit into a fun night out. On the other hand, it's not without its quirks; the menu's a bit on the limited side, especially if you're after something veggie or vegan, and the noise from the bar can creep into the dining space, making it feel a touch chaotic at times. Staff might occasionally be a bit preoccupied, but overall, with so many positive vibes from the crowd, I'd say it's worth swinging by for a pint and a bite if you're in the area – just keep those points in mind for a smoother experience.

With a ok menu although limited Vegan and vegetarian options the Brim and Crown offers a warm environment. That's as much praise as I can muster. Minimal noise cancellation between the bar and the restaurant area. As well as staff who pay more attention to their phones and bar then the restaurant you have to stand at the restaurant side watching them ignore you whilst you wait to order a second round of drinks. Whilst the server who handles the restaurant is great when they are there it would be nice if it was slightly more frequent. It could be so much better with just a small amount more attention to detail and care.

I recently enjoyed a Sunday roast at The Brim & Crown in Luton, and it was a fantastic experience. The pub has a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff who made sure we were well taken care of. The Sunday roast was delicious. I opted for the beef, which was cooked to perfection – tender and flavorful. The vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked, and the roast potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The gravy tied everything together beautifully. The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was excellent. Despite being busy, the service was attentive, and the wait for food was reasonable. The pub itself has a cozy interior and a nice outdoor seating area, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Overall, the Sunday roast at The Brim & Crown was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hearty, well-cooked meal in a friendly setting. I look forward to returning soon!
