About This Pub

Ah, BrewDog Ealing – it's one of those places that really pulls you in with its stellar lineup of craft beers and a welcoming atmosphere that's just right for catching up with friends over a pint. I love how they've got everything covered, from snugging up by the fire pit on a blustery day to soaking up the sun on that epic terrace when the weather plays ball. The food's a highlight too; those wings are spot on and the burgers, when they're on form, are a proper treat, with options for the little ones making it family-friendly. But let's be straight, it's not all perfect – the prices on the burgers can feel a tad high, and I've heard tales of waits that drag on, like that dessert that took forever. Plus, there might be the odd off day with the food quality, so it's good to go in with realistic expectations. Overall, it's a solid choice for a night out in West London, especially if you're after a good beer and a chat, but just keep those potential niggles in mind to make the most of it.

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • The craft beer selection is absolutely brilliant, with 28 taps offering a fantastic variety of IPAs, stouts, and more from BrewDog and other top breweries – perfect for exploring new favourites.
  • The atmosphere is spot on, with a cosy indoor fire pit for chilly days and a brilliant wrap-around terrace when the sun's out, making it a great place to relax with mates.
  • The food hits the mark, especially the wings and burgers – they're packed with flavour and there's a solid menu for kids too, plus some tempting desserts to round off the meal.
  • It's in a handy spot near Ealing Broadway, just a short walk from the station, and the service comes across as friendly and welcoming based on what folks have said.
Cons
  • The burgers can be a bit steep price-wise, starting at £13, which might make you think twice if you're on a budget.
  • Some dishes take longer than expected to arrive, like that 40-minute wait for dessert, which can put a damper on the evening.
  • There have been a few mentions of inconsistent quality, such as the chicken in some burgers not living up to the hype, so it might not always be a guaranteed win.
  • Watch out for potential upselling, like being tempted to add extra chips when they're already included in certain deals – it could catch you out if you're not paying attention.

If you're heading to BrewDog Ealing, the best value for money is definitely the Glazing Menu — most dishes on there come with chips included, so don’t get tricked into ordering extra chips on the side! That said, the regular burger prices are on the steep side. Burgers start at £13 and up, don’t include chips, and a portion of fries alone will cost you around £4. Add a soft drink for another £3–4, and it quickly becomes an expensive meal. On the bright side, the food tastes really good, and the vibe inside is great. The music adds a nice atmosphere, and the overall setting is chill. Just keep in mind that it’s a bar, so alcohol is served — which might not be for everyone. If you're going, go for the Glazing Menu and enjoy the food without breaking the bank.

Our go to place when we do a social as a group of friends. Amazing food, atmosphere, service and location. The wings are 100/10 and would heavily recommend

This cozy restaurant is located on Ealing Broadway and is very easy to find, just about a 10mins walk from the underground station. The atmosphere is fantastic, featuring a bar counter and a fireplace, which makes it very cozy, especially on cold days. Sitting near the heater was really comfortable! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the different types of beers. Besides the mac & cheese, everything else was quite good. I’ll definitely come back to try more dishes!

We visited our local BrewDog for the second time, hoping to recreate the great experience we had during our first visit. This time, we ordered two burgers: the Buffalo and the Cluck Norris, accompanied by two sides. The sides were just as excellent as before, but unfortunately, the chicken in the burgers was very disappointing. Despite being coated in breadcrumbs and sauce, it was immediately clear from the first bite that the chicken was not fresh. For a place that charges premium prices, this felt unacceptable. While using subpar ingredients might cut costs and reduce waste, it risks compromising the overall experience and long-term customer loyalty. Initially, we thought we’d found a spot we could confidently bring friends to or drop by regularly, but this visit has made us reconsider. On a positive note, the beer and sides remain excellent, but the quality of the mains—especially the freshness of the chicken—needs improvement.

A nice local joint for good variety of drinks. Enjoyed our lager and ale. Buffalo wings definitely had a kick. We also tried the fried Oreo for dessert which was quite nice but unfortunately, it took over 40 minutes to be served.
