About This Pub
Ah, Archer Street Soho – it's one of those spots that really sticks in your mind after a visit. From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, the team there are just gems; they're not only serving up fantastic cocktails but also doubling as performers, belting out tunes that turn an ordinary evening into something truly memorable. Whether it's a bottomless brunch with cabaret vibes or a full-on wedding reception, the energy is infectious and the atmosphere buzzes with that West End glamour. It's spot-on for a group outing or if you're in the mood for something a bit different from the usual pub crawl. On the flip side, though, with the overall rating sitting at 3.4, it does make you wonder if every night lives up to the hype – maybe it's hit or miss depending on the crowd or the day. And let's be honest, it's not the cheapest place for a drink, so if you're watching the pennies, you might find it a tad steep. Still, for those times you want to treat yourself and dive into a bit of live entertainment with mates, it's well worth considering – just book ahead to avoid any disappointments!
Pros and Cons
Pros
-
The staff are absolutely brilliant – they're friendly, talented, and go above and beyond to make your night special, often breaking into song which adds a real spark of magic.
-
The live performances and entertainment, like the jazz nights and cabaret shows, create an energetic and glamorous atmosphere that's perfect for a fun evening out.
-
Cocktails are top-notch, made with care and creativity, and the overall vibe is lively and welcoming, great for groups, birthdays, or even weddings.
-
It's in the heart of Soho, making it easy to pop in after exploring London, and they've got options for private hires if you're planning something special.
Cons
-
With an overall rating of 3.4, it seems not every visit hits the mark, so there might be occasional off nights or inconsistencies in service.
-
It's on the pricey side, which could put some folks off if you're just after a casual pint – those cocktails and entertainment come at a premium.
-
The place can get quite busy, especially with events, so you might have to book ahead or deal with a bit of a wait if you fancy a spontaneous visit.

Archer street, Louis and Michael and the whole team were just magical! We had our wedding reception here and I think have gone down as the funnest wedding anyone had been to! The team couldn’t do more for us, the performers were incredible and Louis just anticipated any and all needs! If you’re looking for the best place in London to host a party of any kind - look no further 🥰 also the biggest love to Dorris the legend! The event wouldn’t have been the same without you! Always bringing the smiles xxxx
Went for the Cabaret Showstopper Bottomless Brunch on Saturday afternoon and didn’t really know what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised!
From the moment we arrived Callum and the team could not have been nicer and friendlier. They are all super talented singers and seemed to work really well as a team and enjoy themselves whilst performing and serving.
The atmosphere was great, helped by the fun selection of songs and wacky props. We did not get the bottomless option, but other tables seemed happy with how that worked.
Would definitely consider going again.
Five stars all round. Cocktails made to perfection, Staff incredible, surroundings relaxed. Then the added surprise of the staff singing with the best voices was the icing on the cake. My new favourite bar
Came here on holiday. We had a great time! Loved the singers etc and also the bar tenders made our night. Curt was especially helpful, he provided us really good tips on drinks and offered to make us whatever cocktail we wanted. We loved our time there!!
Archer street is the most amazing spot and it’s something a bit different! The staff double as performers and break into song throughout the night, which gives the place an incredible energy. The drinks are perfect, the atmosphere is lively, and it works well for both small groups and bigger celebrations. Not your average Soho bar, in a good way. The staff are also amongst the friendliest I’ve ever met!! (Curt’s cocktails are the best). The owner knows what she is doing
