About This Pub
Ah, 39 Gordon Street in Belfast – it's one of those places that just draws you in with its welcoming energy and that touch of live music making every visit feel special. From what I've gathered from folks' chats, the staff are absolute gems, always on hand with a smile and top-notch service that makes you want to linger a bit longer. The food and drinks menu is spot on too, with plenty of options for cocktails and sharing platters that hit the spot for a night out with friends. But, let's keep it real, it's not all perfect – the bathrooms have had a few complaints about smells, which can put a damper on things, and when it gets crowded, getting to the bar for another round can feel like a mission. Seating's a bit tight as well, so if you're after a comfy spot to settle in, you might have to get there early. Overall, it's a solid choice for a good time in Belfast, especially if you're up for the lively atmosphere, but it's worth going in with eyes open to those little downsides – still, I'd say it's well worth a visit for the positives alone!

Cons
-
The bathrooms can be a bit of a letdown, with some mentioning smells that aren't quite up to scratch.

It can get tricky to get served at the bar when it's busy, which might leave you waiting a bit longer than you'd like.

There's limited seating, so you might find yourself standing or struggling to find a spot, especially on a packed night.
-
They seem a tad quick to clear tables, which could interrupt your flow if you're up dancing or stepping away for a moment.

I worked a drink and draw at this venue in their outside area and it was really lovely, great people, staff were polite and everyone attending the event loved the location, I would visit again just to relax and have a drink
We had a good night here. Staff were very attentive, food was good.
My first time being in 39 Gordon street and I loved it. The atmosphere was fantastic staff friendly and the music was brilliant. It was live singers and they were amazing will definitely be back 😁
First time going here for food and will definitely be back. Great menu; great selection of meals, drinks including cocktails and sharing platters.
Service was fab and the singer added to the great atmosphere. All in all a wonderful meal and family outing.
The only downside was the bathrooms - smelly and overdue hygiene maintenance.
Good music. Couldn’t quite comment on the price of drink though. Friendly staff. A bit quick to lift glasses of drink off an unoccupied table - whilst people are dancing. Can be difficult to get served at the bar and limited seating. Toilets surprisingly clean for such a busy place on a Saturday night
