Amazing experience, followed by great food, interior and atmosphere. I've visited Two More Beers for a dinner with a friend and at the door been welcomes by a very friendly Kosta. He has chosen a great table, was attentive and made fantastic food recommendations from starter to dessert. We had traditional Latvian fried bread with garlic, breaded chicken, chicken wings, ribs and beautiful crumble for dessert. The food was delicious. Special thank you to Kosta for his amazing service and welcoming atmosphere.
Visited late afternoon on a Thursday before going to a music event at Union Chapel so it was quiet but we loved the way this place is set up and it has potential to be a fun night out with drinking game boards and a wheel spinner along with DJ decks to the rear. However, we were there to eat and drink and thoroughly enjoyed everything we were served and the service from Costa and the team was excellent.
Lovely spot that opened not too long ago, bringing the vibes of Riga — quite literally.
They offer an amazing selection of craft beers (mostly UK and European), with a standout selection of Latvian craft beers — which is why we came in the first place. On top of that, Two More Beers brews their own, which is tasty and pairs perfectly with garlic rye bread.
We sat on the upstairs terrace, and between the beer, the food, and the atmosphere, it truly felt like being on a quiet, cobbled street in Riga’s Old Town.
The food selection is nicely tailored to London, but what’s great is that it’s not your average chain pub menu. There’s a little taste of Eastern European cuisine, blended beautifully with a modern gastropub twist. Highly recommend the pork shank.
The service was absolutely outstanding. We felt very well looked after — the staff knew exactly when to stop by when we needed something.
Wishing you all the best — we’ll definitely be back! Paldies ✨
A hidden gem. Amazing food .Amazing service. Amazing atmosphere. I had an amazing cocktail by Apostolis that was out of the menu. Kostas suggested an amazing wine but also looked after us with the amazing food. I don't have enough words to describe my experience. They deserve more than 5 stars
I came here on a date night on bank holiday Sunday evening. Sadly the place was fairly empty, but it shouldn't be, it's great!
The barman was super friendly and helpful, the beer choice was excellent. I like weird beers including sours and they had a good range of these, alongside other Belgian and traditional beers.
The food and drinks menu looked great hence travelling up from South London to check ot out and wasn't disappointed. The walnuts on the table were a nice touch, we shared the pigs ears (!) Which were amazing, and both had the venison waffle burger which was really nicely presented and tasted good. I also had the Jerusalem artichoke and smoked duck soup, very very good.
The place itself is really nicely kitted out, down to the plates and cutlery, even the men's toilets look special.
The music was on point too.
Other staff members we met were polite, helpful and friendly. Only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars was due to not being able to say full five stars on atmosphere given it was empty, but seeing the place as it is, I'd imagine on a Thurs/Fri/Saturday it's a real fun place. Or it should be. Highly recommended.
