About This Pub
Ah, The Royal Oak—it's one of those pubs that just hits the spot for a laid-back evening. From the reviews, it's clear the staff are absolute stars, always cheerful and ready to lend a hand, which really makes the place stand out. Whether you're popping in for the rugby on the big screens or enjoying some scrumptious food and drinks, it's got that lively yet cosy atmosphere that keeps you coming back. At a moderate price, it's easy on the wallet too, and folks have had some brilliant times there with friends. On the downside, it can get a tad frustrating if there's only one person serving behind the bar, leading to a queue when things pick up. Still, overall, it's a gem of a spot in Loughborough—worth a visit if you're after good vibes and a proper pub experience, but maybe plan for off-peak hours to avoid any waits.

Nipped in to watch the rugby.. Plenty of big screens and a good atmosphere..
It’s amazing I spent £300 and it was the best time me and my two friends ever had
Nice Landlady and Landlord, always friendly as are the staff. Looks like a bit of a locals pub but don't let that put you off as I've always felt welcome when I've been in.
Lovely place with great little touches. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful and scrumptious top notch food. It was our first time there but we will definitely be back very soon.
