About This Pub
Ah, The Rose, what a lovely little spot it is in the heart of Bexleyheath. From what I've gathered from folks' chats online, it's got this warm, old-school charm that makes it feel like your local go-to for a pint and a chat. The staff are absolute stars, always up for a laugh and making sure you're looked after, which really adds to the friendly buzz. You've got a solid range of drinks on offer, all at prices that won't sting too much, and the food? Well, the Sunday roasts and festive lunches sound like proper treats that leave you satisfied. On the flip side, if you're after something a bit more contemporary or fancy, it might not quite hit the mark with its straightforward, traditional setup. Plus, without a website, it's a bit of a faff to get the lowdown beforehand, and those varying hours could catch you out if you're not careful. All in all, though, it's a solid choice for a relaxed evening – I'd say give it a go if you're in the area, as the positives far outweigh any niggles, and it's all about that genuine pub experience we all love.

Nice pub located in the centre of Bexleyheath. Came for a quick drink. Real old fashioned boozer vibe to the place which I don't mind. Friendly service. Good choice of drinks, reasonable prices.
We came down from Scotland for 2 nights for a race weekend at Brands Hatch and spent 2 evenings in this pub. Absolutely fantastic wee pub, customers were so friendly and the bar staff (Helen and Cat) were the best! Chatted away and made us feel so welcome and had such a laugh. Cheers everyone and thanks for the hospitality.

Good choice of well kept beer and an absolutely smashing Sunday Roast. Welcoming staff and the place has character - a proper pub! :)
Fantastic Thursday afternoon catching up with friends and retired colleagues from many years ago. Great atmosphere and excellent staff. Delicious Christmas lunch served with all the trimmings. Ten out of ten for everything.
Went into the kings arms up the road, as it has had good reviews for food so i was told.
The pub has had a refurb. I didnt like it. All stalls and hard floors, a bit like a train terminus vibe.
It also didnt have any beer on tap.! What is the point of that.
So we left.
