About This Pub
Ah, The Queensway – it's one of those pubs that just feels like a proper local gem in Stourbridge. From what I've gathered from the reviews, it's got this warm, inclusive vibe that's perfect for a relaxed catch-up with mates over a pint. The food really stands out; folks are raving about the Sunday lunches with fresh, hearty options and reasonable prices that keep things accessible. The staff come across as genuinely friendly and attentive, making sure everything runs smoothly without any fuss. On the flip side, it's not all perfect – a couple of people mentioned it can get a bit nippy inside, so you might want to wrap up warm, especially if you're there on a cooler evening. Plus, it doesn't always have that electric atmosphere if it's not too busy, and the opening times seem a touch early, which could cut short your night out. Overall, though, it's a solid choice for a good meal and a chat, and I'd say it's worth a visit if you're in the area – just go with an open mind and you'll likely have a great time.

Fabulous Sunday lunch all fresh vegetables 3 different meats absolutely gorgeous
Hands down the best local meal we've been to in a long time. Jono has made wonders with this place. For someone who is a single female, having somewhere on my doorstep that is safe and inclusive makes such a difference! The food, the company and the decent prices makes the Queensway the best local by a long shot!
We visited The Queensway Pub on the recommendations of friends. The food was good. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was ok but then again we were the only ones in the pub. I think this pub has recently been taken over by a young man who is trying his best to increase the pubs reputation and I wish him all the best. While we were there, we did see a lot of people collecting takeaway dinners, which is probably why the pub was quiet. Anyway, if you live nearby and fancy a nice Sunday carvery, try the Queensway. 👍
