Pretty typical Wetherspoons. Mixed ie tele, good as expected. Service cheerful.
A couple of women under the impression the quieter restaurant area was their own front room, judging by the scrervjinargument they were engaged in on a phone with speaker turned up loud.
At the bar, Emily the Manager said that I shouted at her first, but there are witnesses to the fact that she came shouting at me. She did not explain anything to me, just shouting at me.
So I was trying to apologize at the bar as Emily was upset and in a foul mood. But Emily was just telling lie after lie, most probably to cover her bad actions.
I apologized for my speech and told her I have diabetes and that my mouth was so dry it made speaking difficult.
I later told her that my mouth was very dry, I then asked if I could have some water as it was clear that I had become dehydrated. Emily refused me water.
Reading reviews on Trust pilot, it's a wonder why she was ever made a manager. Recording shows Emily lying and a witness which proves Emily to be lying.

Good value, had full English and was lovely and warm compared to some other Wetherspoons I’ve been in
Called in for something to eat and I soon regretted it. (See photos).
Ordered everything through the app, and it was easier than standing around at an overcrowded bar. Although it was Friday when I called in so excuses can be made for it being so busy that we couldn't get a table for a while.
The "regulars" are in an interesting bunch, found myself knee deep in conversation in the ladies toilets with an elderly lady telling me all about her A&E recent visit.
At my table I was almost set upon for looking at someone - I don't think that you're meant to look forwards in this weatherspoons it's frowned upon by the regulars.
The service was fast despite the staff being rushed off their feet, unfortunately the food just wasn't edible.
