Ordered a breakfast at 11.35am, my wife had a brunch wrap.
Waited until 12.05pm for our food, the guy did apologise for the delay but then I was presented with the worst breakfast I have ever had. I would have sent it back but I was starving and didn't want to wait another half an hour for something else.
The eggs were solid, the bacon was solid, not impressed. This is definitely the pits for breakfasts in Scarborough. If I knew I was going to get the leftovers I would have ordered something else. Never again.
P.S. call that toast, I don't think so!
The Lord Roseberry is a large wetherspoons on two floors in the former liberal club named after Lord Roseberry, the liberal prime minister. There is an excellent selection of draught drinks, including six hand pulled cask conditioned real ales. The ones we sampled were in excellent condition. The gormet steak and mixed grills were cooked to perfection. It is often difficult to find a table as the pub is extremely popular the staff are very friendly and efficient it's a good wetherspoons.
Pop in for a drink after long journey. Usual Spoon with plenty of seatings, good ales, reasonable prices, plenty of staff and good service. Good location not far from train station. App is always good for order and get table service rather then be in a long queue.
The Best and Most Affordable restaurant in Scarborough. Very old, big and classic pub ambience. Fast service via app. Helpful staff. Very tasty and delicious food, amazing portion size and very affordable rates for beverages starting from £1.7 for a beer pint. Many offers. Only problem someone can have is noise as this pub/restaurant has literally hundreds of tables!
Very large pub with an upstairs floor, a lot of wood decor. Bar was busy and had to wait a little to be served. Prices are very good on drinks, never ordered any food, staff friendly!
