Found this creature in my little girl’s fish. Waitress was horrified. My pork on the mixed grill was also off. The manager was rude and dangerously told me I could have eaten the spoiling meat despite it tasting funny. Is that not dangerous advice??? Another customer was also complaining about their meal and the manager was arguing with the 2 of us until a large group of people arrived and we were quickly offered refunds before they approached the bar. However, despite having a refund receipt issued the money never arrived in my account. I have contacted the establishment for a second time and await their reply.
Good food,good prices, nice atomosphere, good service
Would normally recommend but tonight was very disappointing, had to send back 2 kids meals as came with no chips and only 2 nuggets. Also spicy chicken nacho starter was returned as was no chicken or cheese sauce over nachos just nachos and hot sauce. Waitress wasnt interested either and when asked manager for 2 tea spoons for kids icecream he looked shocked.
Not great service tonight.

Lovely meal at the Lord Lounsdale for a long time and will definitely be back. Easy to book, was seated quickly. Option to order at bar or via phone, I used phone and it was super simple.
Ordered the carribean jerk style skewer with skinny fries. Partner had a burger both really enjoyed our meal and great value for money.
