About This Pub
You know, when I think about the Ladybird Inn, it just brings a smile to my face—it's one of those pubs that really captures the heart of community spirit in Bromsgrove. The staff are absolute gems, always chatting away and making sure everyone's looked after, which makes for such a warm and inviting spot. I love how they've nailed the drinks selection, with those real ales being a standout; it's perfect for sinking into a good chat over a pint. The food's no afterthought either—those homemade cobs are just the ticket for a satisfying bite without breaking the bank. And let's not forget the dog-friendly policy and the function rooms, which are spotlessly clean and ideal for gatherings, whether it's a birthday bash or a casual meet-up. On the flip side, if you're in the mood for something a bit more upscale or with a modern twist, it might not quite hit the mark, as it's proudly old-school at its core. Overall, though, it's a gem of a place that does the simple things brilliantly, and I'd say it's well worth a visit if you're after that genuine pub experience.

I'm giving this pub in Aston Fields a five star because the staff and atmosphere was amazing! The beer in there (real ale) was amazing, the brand was Bathams. We will be going back
My favourite pub in Bromsgrove, lovely aspalls and decent Guinness. Land lady is credit to the business and very accommodating to the locals
We recently used the downstairs function room. Sami & Kath were fantastic to deal with & really helpful. The room was great with own toilets & bar . It was spotlessly clean & I would highly recommend.
Great place to wait for your 🚂 and to catch up on Sky Sports News with the station being only 5 minutes away. Opened promptly at 3:00 pm - great cask ale, bar snacks, dogs welcome, weekly quiz night, beer garden + car park.
Really good staff a really great choice of Ales and lagers to be had.
The ales consist of the following
Butty Bach, HPA, bantams, doom bar and sea Fury.
Nice seating area inside always clean.
There is seating a plenty outside next to the carpark.
This is very much worth a visit and so close to the train station too.
