About This Pub
Oh, what a gem The Kings Arms is – it's one of those pubs that just hits the spot every time. From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, the staff are absolute stars, always going the extra mile to make sure you're looked after, which really sets a warm tone for the whole visit. The food? Well, it's fresh as can be, with portions so generous you'll be loosening your belt after a meal, and it's all at prices that won't make you wince. That beer garden is a proper treat too, with its charming plants and oddities making it feel like a hidden oasis, especially if you're popping in with the dog for a relaxed afternoon. On the flip side, it's not without its little niggles; I hear the beer options can vary, and sometimes you might find just one ale available that doesn't quite pack the punch for die-hard hop heads. Still, with such a positive feel overall, it's easy to overlook the minor downsides. If you're heading to Great Yarmouth and fancy a pint in a place that's buzzing with good energy and fresh grub, this one's well worth a stop – just keep an eye on what's on tap when you get there!
Pros and Cons

-
The food is absolutely spot on – fresh, lovingly prepared, and served in massive portions that leave you stuffed and satisfied.

It's got a superb beer garden, packed with well-kept plants and quirky ornaments, perfect for a relaxing pint on a sunny day.

Dog-friendly vibes make it a great spot if you're out with your furry mate.
-
Prices are really reasonable for the quality, so you get bang for your buck without breaking the bank.
-
The atmosphere is welcoming and lively, ideal for catching up with friends over a drink or a meal.
Cons
-
The beer selection can sometimes be a bit limited; one visit had just the one ale on offer, and it was described as a tad weak for some tastes.
-
No official website means you might have to rely on other sources for the latest updates or menus, which could be a minor hassle.

Perfect service, perfect quality of food and friendly atmosphere all round, couldn't fault it
Lovely atmosphere, very friendly pub. Had dinner today with a few friends. The portion sizes were huge... would recommend 👌
I like ale. The day I visited only one was available. Tropical Deluxe by Howling Hops. Quite interesting but a bit weak (less than 4%).
The beer garden is superb.
The food looks nice but I didn't have any.
They must be doing something right because it's packed solid.
I like the clientele, they are lunatics. Very funny people. Good atmosphere, good people, good food. 5 star is they did some strong ales.
Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was really welcoming. The food was so good we were all stuffed. You could tell that food was all fresh and lovingly prepared. We were really happy and would definitely come back!
What a great pub. Very dog friendly. Great staff and very friendly. Good selection of great beers. Very tasty food at very reasonable price. They have a lovely kept beer garden filled with lots of well kept plants and qwerky ornaments. We where recommended the place by the people that helped moor us. Would definitely recommend the bar bites from the food menu.
