About This Pub
Ah, The King Street Run – it's one of those pubs that just sticks in your mind, isn't it? From what folks are saying, it's got this wonderful, quirky vibe that makes it stand out in Cambridge, with decor that's full of personality and staff who are genuinely lovely and always up for a natter. The jukebox is a proper treat, dishing out cracking tunes from rock to indie, and they've got darts and pool to keep things entertaining on a quiet night. Plus, the drink selection is spot on, with real ales and happy hour perks that won't break the bank. On the flip side, those toilet doors are a bit of a laugh but can be confusing, and the jukebox might not have the freshest picks. Oh, and the hours can be a bit muddled, so double-check before heading out. All in all, it's a solid spot for a good time with friends, and with ratings hovering around that 4.2 mark, it's clear most people leave with a smile – I'd say give it a go if you're after a proper, down-to-earth pub experience.

Plenty of entertainment options like dart boards and pool tables, which are a rare find in Cambridge pubs.

Cons

Great pub! Quirky decor. Friendly staff. Juke Box with a good selection of rock/indie/punk hits. Watch out for the toilet doors!!!
The manager looks angry but he's actually a lovely bloke. Fantastic pub. Best in Cambridge. Full of character and perfect for a lovely pint.
Brilliant place. They even put on the Celtic V Bayern Munich game in the snug for us...Great staff. Locals were friendly.5 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️
Quality little boozer in town.
Family that run it and the ladies behind the bar are all lovely.
Decent jukebox that plays even when not being paid to use.
Great selection of drinks with happy hour.
Couple of dart boards up (which seems hard to find in Cambridge).
If you’re lucky enough to meet the steel workers down for a bit. Go say hi. Quality blokes!
See you again soon!
A great pub that my son took me to. Good, but out of date, selection on the jukebox. Friendly locals in an alternative style pub with great staff and real ales - plus two pool tables and other games.
