About This Pub
Ah, The Grey Horse – it's one of those unpretentious local spots that just hits the mark for a relaxed pint with mates. From the reviews, it's clear folks love the friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel looked after, whether it's a smile at the bar or a quick chat. The beer is top-tier, especially if you're into a proper Fullers, and that spacious beer garden is perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a game or two. Prices are reasonable too, so it's easy on the wallet for a night out. On the downside, it can get a bit chaotic when it's packed, leading to slower service that might frustrate you if you're in a rush, and it's a shame if you're after food and it's not on offer that day. All in all, it's a solid choice for a cosy evening, but maybe best for when you're not in a hurry – I'd say give it a go if you're nearby, as it's got that genuine pub charm that's hard to beat.

A gem. A proper no nonsense pub with a cellar person knowing their profession. Exceptional pint of Fullers served by bar staff that smiled and engaged. Large beer garden. Somewhere for everyone. No food on the Saturday we called but details of pubs within ten minutes provided. We stayed put and enjoyed the beer. Given this establishment five stars because you don't see pubs like this often. Give it a try next time you are at Kempton races and desire a great pint A very short walk from the car park.

Lovely little village pub! Really welcoming, great atmosphere and lots of games! Good prices for food and drink. Will definitely be back :))
Service is absolutely perfect. Great atmosphere and amazing food.
This quaint little pub is well worth a visit if you're in the area and want a quick refresher. Popped in after the colour run and they were very hospitable and friendly. The service was a little slow but I do think they were overwhelmed by the amount of people that chose to come by after the run, I dont think slow service is the norm here. We really enjoyed our drink in the beer garden, should I ever be out that way again I'll definitely stop by!
Staff always so friendly and welcoming. Reasonably priced and good food. It's a small family run pub so you really feel cosy and looked after. Tracey is amazing and Tony the Landlord is just so affable and really ensures your wellbeing and comfort. Beer garden is lovely in summer and being closed off, it is great for kids! Will be visiting this little gem a lot!
