Excellent pub to match the football, not much seating downstairs but excellent upstairs bar with very efficient and nice table service.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your pub. While enjoying my time at your establishment, I encountered a rather unfortunate situation with the table I was seated at. Upon standing up, the table tipped, causing all four of my freshly poured pints to spill over me. While I appreciate the promptness of your staff in replacing the drinks at my cost, I was surprised by the reaction of the upstairs supervisor who approached me shortly afterward. Instead of addressing the situation with empathy, the supervisor seemed more focused on the mess created by the spill than on ensuring my experience remained enjoyable. I found this response to be quite inconsiderate, especially given that the incident was not caused by any fault of mine but rather an issue with the table. I understand that spills can be a nuisance, but I believe that customer service should prioritize the experience of the patrons. I would have appreciated a more understanding approach rather than creating additional hassle during an already unfortunate situation. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration, as I believe it could enhance the experience for future guests at your pub. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I only go there at night for a few drinks. Staff are very friendly and they serve u fast. Atmosphere is good. I've met a lot o people there. Everyone is very friendly. I live in this city so maybe it helps. A lot of the time you will see the same friendly faces. Which for me is good. Never ate there so don't know. But for a drink is 8/10 prices could be lower. But I think everywhere is getting expensive.
