About This Pub

Ah, The Boiler Room – it's one of those places that just hits the spot for a good night out in Leamington Spa. I've got to say, the first thing that stands out is how they've nailed that industrial-themed interior; it's all brick and steel, but done in a way that feels inviting rather than stark, making it ideal for sinking into a chat with friends over a pint. The drinks selection is where they really shine – an ever-changing lineup of craft beers, IPAs, whiskies, and cocktails means you're spoilt for choice, and most folks rave about how delicious and varied it all is. The staff are an absolute delight too, always up for a natter and quick to suggest something that'll tickle your fancy. On the flip side, while the prices are mostly reasonable, that cask beer can sting a bit if you're not expecting it, and if you're hoping for more than just pizzas brought in from a local spot, you might find the food options a tad limited. All in all, it's a solid choice for anyone in the Midlands looking for a relaxed vibe without the corporate feel – I'd definitely pop in again, especially if you're after that perfect blend of great drinks and good company.

Pros and Cons

Pros
  • The atmosphere is absolutely spot on – that rustic industrial vibe with brick, concrete, and copper makes it feel cosy and unique, perfect for a relaxed catch-up.
  • They've got an incredible selection of craft beers, ales, wines, and spirits that keeps rotating, so there's always something new and exciting to try.
  • The staff are super friendly and helpful, always ready with a recommendation or a chat, which really adds to the welcoming feel.
  • Prices are generally fair for what you get, and the option to have pizzas delivered from a local independent spot means you can make a night of it without moving.
  • It's got a chilled-out vibe that's great for everything from a quick drink after work to celebrating with mates.
Cons
  • Some of the cask beers can feel a tad pricey, like splashing out £5.75 for a 4% real ale, which might make you think twice if you're watching the pennies.
  • The food options are limited to just those pizzas from nearby, so if you're after a full menu, you might need to look elsewhere.

Fantastic bar, just south of the river. It has a really cool rustic interior design and serves a huge range of beers, spirits and cocktails. Everything is fairly priced for a really cool spot. They also have a deal organised so you can get pizza from a local independent brought to your table.

Cool craft beer/real ale bar in the centre of Leamington. Very well styled with great decor inside. Service was great and the bar generally felt clean and well looked after. Lost a point due to their cask beer being expensive 5.75 for a 4% real ale in Leamington.

Amazing revolving selection or beers, IPA'S Craft, whiskeys and cocktails. The relaxed vibe and chill atmosphere creates an inviting bar. The staff is always friendly and happy to answer questions or recommend anything. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in the greater midlands area. Whenever myself and friends go out we are always going here first and usually end up back at the boiler room. Couldnt recommend the place any more, 100% a must try if you are in the area or not.
