About This Pub
Oh, the Shoulder Of Mutton at Blackheath – it's one of those pubs that really knows how to put on a good show. From what I've gathered, the Wednesday karaoke sessions are the highlight, with Jamie hosting like a pro and making sure everyone's got a fair go; it's all about that community spirit and hearing some talented voices. The staff are absolute gems too – Paul and Laura come highly recommended for their friendly chats and efficient service behind the bar. Pair that with a cosy, renovated interior that's worlds away from its old rundown feel, and you've got a spot that's ideal for sinking a pint or two with mates. That loyalty card system is a clever touch, rewarding you for coming back, which just adds to the appeal. On the downside, though, there was a bit of grumbling about strict parking rules leading to tickets, even for quick visits, so if you're popping by in the car, it's worth being cautious. All in all, it's a solid choice for a fun evening, with plenty of positives that outweigh the minor niggles – I'd say give it a try if you're in the area!

The pub's been nicely renovated, turning it into a much more inviting spot than its past grotty days.

There can be issues with parking policies, as one person mentioned getting a ticket even for a short stop, which might put a dampener on things if you're driving.

Without a website, it's a bit tricky to check out the latest details or hours before heading over.

Great karaoke on a Wednesday. Been going for a few weeks now. Gaffa Paul is a good guy. Laura behind bar is amazing. Clientele friendly and welcoming. Brilliant place to have a great night.

Being a private hire I dropped off customer and was sent ticket. Only stayed on premises 4 minutes. This doesn’t reflect customer services or any experience but was not happy with Carl policy
When I last had a pint in this place many years ago it was a grotty pub have just st visiI h that had seen better days. I cannot really give a description of what the place is now update I have just visited the pub after so many years and it has been renovated better than remember.
