Food was outsourced but the service was excellent, the staff couldn't do enough for us. Would thoroughly recommend as a venue. The only small downside is no disabled access.
I had my daughter's birthday here and it was fantastic. I have all the loads of African party vibes. So spacious and enough chairs for all the guest. That had all required drinks and they even went extra mile to prepare my requested Chapman. I really love the place. The staff were very polite and prices was extremely reasonable. Couldn't expect any more. Thanks a lot will definitely call again
Bought a snooker cue from this venue, couldn't get on a table to have a practice but the staff member said any problems you can bring it back, eventually I got to have a practice at my club and didn't get on with the cue so I took it back, with tags and receipt, only to be told by the owner that no returns are allowed, I'm disgusted and will never purchase anything again from him, to make it worse I actually know him, well done for a great service, it was only 6 days after I paid for it.
We held a family birthday party for 20 people of all ages at Roscoes. It was a wonderful experience. At every stage of the preparations Roscoe's staff could not have been more helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, the buffet tea was delicious, we were helped to make full use of the disco lights lights and sound system - and throughout it all the bar and hospitality staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend Roscoes enough - and would particularly like to thank Alice for all her hard work helping us.
We booked ahead of time a pool table for four of us. We were welcomed by a lovely chap who signed us in. Only £3 for a day pass and 50p per play! Amazing. Plus table service of drinks too!
The tables and equipment are top class and the toilets are sparkling as well!
Will 1000% be back!
