About This Pub
Ah, Queens Head in West Bromwich – what a lovely spot for a pint and a bite! From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, the food really steals the show; the Sunday roasts are spot-on, with generous portions that feel like a proper treat, and the fish and chips have people raving as if it's the best they've ever had. The staff are an absolute delight, always up for a chat and making sure everyone feels included, which adds to that cosy, community vibe. Plus, with karaoke nights on Fridays, it's got a fun edge that keeps things lively without being overwhelming. On the flip side, though, the opening times can be a bit of a faff – some have mentioned popping by only to find it closed, and there have been instances where a few drinks weren't up to scratch. Still, with such glowing feedback and a solid 4.7 rating, it's clear this place has more hits than misses, and I'd say it's well worth a visit for a relaxed evening or a hearty meal, just plan ahead to avoid any disappointments.

It might not always feel reliably open, based on a few experiences where it's seemed closed at odd times.

My Dad used to Run this Pub and we lived there From 1984 to 1989.
Was way different back then.
Used to be a Factory next door and empty land in front of the Pub.

We held our dads wake here.
From the moment we walked in the door to the time we left the staff were first class.
Nothing was too much for them.
The food was fab and drinks are reasonably priced.
Thank you to everyone who made the day so special for him.
Popped in here one evening on the way back from a day out. Normally when I go past, it's always closed, but I saw someone going in so thought I may as well check it out. Was a nice cosy place, decent beer options on tap, although a couple of barrels were off when I ordered. Staff were nice and friendly. Can't comment on the food as I was only here for a pint.
