About This Pub
Ah, Pendulum Bar & Grill, what a lovely find in the heart of Paisley. I've got to say, it's one of those places that just makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The food is brilliant – think fresh, locally sourced Scottish delights like succulent seafood, mouth-watering haggis dishes, and massive Yorkshire puds with their roasts; everything's well-presented and packed with flavour, leaving you well satisfied without breaking the bank. The staff are an absolute treat too, always on hand with a friendly chat and helpful advice, which really adds to the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. And let's not forget that stunning view of Paisley Abbey right outside – it's a proper treat for the eyes while you're tucking into your meal. On the flip side, it does tend to fill up quickly, especially on weekends, so planning ahead is a must if you fancy a table without the wait. Overall, if you're after a spot that captures the best of Scottish hospitality with a dash of history, it's well worth seeking out, though it might not suit everyone if you're in the mood for something a bit more varied or not quite as meaty. Give it a go when you're next in the area; I reckon you'll leave with a smile.

Good Scottish food, specialises in seafood but also plenty of other options. Food well presented and freshly cooked. Really friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend but do book as it does get busy. Great location.
Regular visits as menu changes usually month to month. Great value for good food. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.
We were at the paisley abbey across the road and popped in for something to eat.
Fantastic food and decent portions. We only had starters and chunky chips but it was enough. Haggis heaps and tatties in whiskey sauce 😋 for me and king prawns for her.
Very very tasty and from what we saw around us we wished we had more time.
You should definitely go and eat here
Great place for a roast! I got a roast dinner and it came with the largest yorkshire pudding i have ever seen! Great view of the Paisley Abbey too!
We included this in our Top Eats in Paisley video on our social media channel - The Olive Tree Family
Classiest food in Paisley- and for great value, too. Great portions with an overall excellent menu. Everything with haggis is amazing. Desserts were sublime. From now on this will be my go-to to show my guests and prove what Paisley has to offer.
