My husband and I had a lovely meal at Miller and Carter in Solihull, Cheswick Green restaurant. The staff were so friendly, especially ‘Emma’ who seated us. She was so knowledgeable and gave outstanding customer service. It’s not often that customer’s praise a company for performance, consumers are always so quick to shout about the negative… but when service stands out so positively it should always be highly commended. Thanks Emma and team for making our anniversary dinner so perfect! We will be back :) x

Fab service as usual from Donna. We came here with some family for my partners birthday and everything was perfect. Donna was friendly, knowledgable and funny! Our food was amazing as always and she even bought out a “happy birthday” plate with a candle in for him. Our younger guest enjoyed herself too. Being only 3 they can be hard to entertain but she thoroughly enjoyed her meal. Thanks again

I believe we took formal outfit (casual smart) requirements quite literally as we saw people dressed in shorts and the most casual outfit you can imagine. So dress down would be an advice.

Mother's Day was lovely! Although we were early, we were shown to our table. All staff were really pleasant, accommodating and we didnt feel rushed. The Sunday sharer was excellent and all meals were thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Miller & Carter Solihull!

Just had a wonderful birthday meal for my mother in law today. I requested a little birthday message on the plate and they made it look very special for her. The food all tasted delicious and was well presented. Craig’s customer service and attention to detail made our dining experience very pleasurable.
