Since the revamp, this bar has a much friendlier atmosphere and vibe. Bar staff are fab, especially Lexi.
I've been going to The Lord of the Manor since it first opened as The Pheonix ,
When the outside retail area of Manor Walks was built , the pub lost out on footfall, and it was never the same handed for manager to manager , went into a bit of disrepair, no soul .
NOW after an overhaul and change of bar position and toilets, etc, revamped . What a change , the atmosphere has uplifted , the bar staff seem happier in their jobs , the quality of the tap and optics has greatly improved as have the choice of drinks both soft and alcoholic.
We were in Thursday the place was nicely busy, music loud to be heard but not too loud you can't have conversation also there was a pool tournament on .
We went for the afternoon 09/07/2023 they had a singer on absolutely brilliant atmosphere everything and the drinks are nice as well

Awesome little place me and my wife went in today and had a couple of games of pool. Nice atmosphere and staff were great. and newly redecorated looks really good. Only downside is they don't do food but still had fun
Would not normally put a 5 start review, bit can't fault the food or the staff. Was very surprised that it was proper chips. Had a pensions special 2 course £6.50 excellent. Will definitely be back.
