About This Pub
Ah, Lime Tree Bistro, what a gem tucked away in the heart of Morley! If you're up for something a bit more exciting than your standard pint and chips, this place really delivers with its mouth-watering Mediterranean fare – think fresh Turkish meze, Greek-inspired salads, and Italian touches that all come together beautifully. From what I've gathered from the buzz around it, folks are raving about the food; it's all made with top-notch ingredients that make every bite feel like a little holiday. The team there are an absolute delight, always on hand with a smile and that extra touch of care that turns a simple meal into a memorable one, as seen in those wedding stories. It's got this cosy, relaxing vibe with chic décor that makes you feel right at ease, and at moderate prices, it's spot on for a midweek treat or a weekend wind-down. On the flip side, being a smaller spot, it does fill up quickly, so you might find yourself jostling for a table on busier evenings, and if you're not in the mood for Mediterranean flavours, it could feel a tad limited compared to a traditional pub menu. All in all, it's a top pick if you're looking for reliable, feel-good dining in Leeds – I'd say give it a go and see for yourself; you won't be disappointed!

Cons
-
As a small independent bistro, it can get a bit crowded during busy times, so you might want to book ahead to avoid waiting around.

The focus is on Mediterranean cuisine, which is brilliant if you fancy something different, but it might not hit the spot if you're after classic pub grub like pies or ales.

We hosted our wedding party at Lime Tree Bistro and the owner of the restaurant and staff made our wedding truly special. They were incredibly friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel special. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests are still raving about it. The cocktails were perfect! The service was impeccable and they played all the music we requested. If you are looking for a venue combines great food and drinks, this is the place. Thank you for making our wedding unforgettable!
Just having a wonder around the pubs in Morley and felt a bit peckish so me and my two companions thought this sounds nice, then one said my friend says it's a really nice place, so in we went. All I can say is WOW it's absolutely fantastic, the food is simply stunning and so is the service. We got three starters three mains, a bottle of wine, a beer and left a £10 tip and it didn't come to a £100, what can i say apart from superb. Will definitely be going back.
We had a great time, the food came pretty quick and tasted really good. Would go back.
Coming to the Lime Tree is a real treat, the cuisine is not something my wife and I normally go for and it was really nice to step out of our comfort zone and try new, exciting dishes.
After going for what we'd call 'safe' starters (food we've had before- calamari and halloumi) we explored the diverse menu (which contains firm favourites like pasta, pizza and burgers if you're not feeling brave!) my wife opted for the Karinyaki (aubergine stuffed with minced lamb and onions topped with cheese and served with esme and tzatsiki) while I opted for Pollo Vito (chicken in a slightly spicy sauce topped with aubergines, courgettes and a large slab of goat's cheese).
Both were amazing! Cooked to perfection and with a wonderful mix of tastes that all combined into a real find, and one we'll both be having again. It felt almost rude not to try the dessert so I opted for the Baklava (pistachios in filo pastry with honey and ice cream) while my wife opted for a pornstar martini. The portion was just right, not too heavy and with is being quite a sweet dish it was just the right size to fill the gap without being sickly.
With 4 drinks between us and all this food, the bill coming in at under £85 was also a real treat, the food is superb and I can't wait to go back and try even more of the Turkish cuisine.
First time here for my daughters birthday on a Monday night. The food was lovely. Service was great! Good choice on the menu. Value for money as well. We all got different things and we all enjoyed our food.
