About This Pub
Oh, let me tell you about JJ’s Burnley at The Dugdale – it's one of those places that just hits the spot for a relaxed meal. From what I've gathered from the reviews, the food is spot on; think hearty breakfasts and solid lunch options with massive portions that give you real bang for your buck. The staff sound like absolute stars, always quick and cheerful, which really makes the whole experience that much better. It's family-friendly too, with a nice, spacious setup and easy parking, so you don't have to worry about the hassle. On the flip side, prices have gone up a tad, which is understandable these days, but it might sting a little if you're used to cheaper eats. And while most folks rave about it, a few noted they missed some traditional bits like thick slices of toast, but overall, it's still a winner. If you're in Burnley and fancy a proper feed in a welcoming spot, I'd say give it a go – you won't be disappointed!

We are from the lake district visiting relatives in Burnley. We've had 2 meals in 2 days here. The food is awesome and the staff are lovely. Thank you. We will definitely be back next time 😁
Clean, spacious and tidy establishment with off-road parking.
We didn't book but there were plenty of tables available at midday.
Plenty of choice from their menu of decent food, the cheese and onion pie is still a good call.
Prices have fairly increased since our last visit but unsuprising given the current climate.
Lovely food, fast service. A nice place to sit & eat with a good atmosphere. Lots of choice of food & drinks. Family friendly & would definitely recommend
Brilliant place.
A big old pub converted into a contemporary cafe in the day.
Restaurant at night.
Lovely to see someone using an old pub and making it work.
Great value for huge portions. We only called in for a light lunch...
Let me tell you....it wasn't light....yet it was totally inexpensive and all delivered with a smile and a laugh. 👍
Thank you.
What a lovely venue! Plenty of parking. Staff lovely, service top notch. The Hearty Breakfast was fab, I did miss the doorstop wedges of toast, however it is real butter, not some cheap alternative. Would highly recommend. Wishing you all the best at the new location.
