About This Pub
Oh, let me tell you about House Of Chicken – it's one of those places that just warms your heart from the moment you step in. I've heard from loads of folks that the food is incredible; we're talking mouthwatering chicken dishes and rice that's so good, you'd think you're holidaying in Portugal. The owners are absolute stars, pouring their passion into every meal and making sure you feel like part of the family, which really elevates the whole experience. Prices are spot on for what you get, with hearty portions that leave you satisfied without emptying your wallet. On the flip side, it's a bit of a letdown that it might be closed right now, and without a website, sorting out the details can be a hassle – plus, those operating hours are a bit muddled, so you'd want to confirm before popping by. All in all, if you're after a genuine, feel-good meal in Milton Keynes, this spot's worth keeping an eye on; it's got that magic touch that makes for a memorable evening, but just mind those potential snags to avoid disappointment.

It seems like the place might be closed at the moment, which is a real pity given all the positive buzz – do check before you head over.

What a gem! Absolutely amazing food, beautiful atmosphere and great service. It’s a family business and you can really tell how much passion there is behind every dish. The owners are lovely and they really made me feel like at home❤️, the food is authentic and the grilled meat is outstanding. Shoutout to the house special dessert which was a biscuit layered like dessert - delicious!
The food really tastes homemade, which is such a hard thing to find in the UK. Highly recommended, we will be back soon! 🙌🏻
A MUST GO!!!!
Amazing authentic Portuguese food! The best rice I’ve ever had in my life and it’s not an exaggeration; so good I get a portion just to myself. Portions for prices are amazing, chicken is perfect with lots of flavour. Also included a little shop inside with local Portuguese ingredients and snacks.
Every bite brings me back to my years in Portugal, most definitely recommend everyone to come here for amazing with the kindest of owners who give the best service!

Feels like you are in Portugal, Always great food, good people and good vibes. Very authentic, must try!
House Of Chicken is one of those places that knows exactly what it does best – and that’s chicken, plain and simple. I’ve tried both their wings and burgers, and they’ve always hit the spot. The chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and well-seasoned. The spicy options have a good kick without being overwhelming.
The portions are generous for the price, and their fries are surprisingly good – nicely seasoned and not too greasy. Service is usually quick and friendly, whether you’re eating in or grabbing a takeaway.
It’s not a fancy spot, but if you’re craving comfort food or a late-night bite, it’s a reliable choice in Milton Keynes. Definitely worth a try if you're into proper fried chicken done right.
