About This Pub
Oh, let me tell you about the Greyhound Inn – it's one of those pubs that just wraps you up in a cosy embrace the moment you walk in, like chatting with old mates over a pint. I love how the place nails that classic pub feel, with Lisa and Laura leading the charge as the friendliest hosts you'll find, always making sure everything runs smoothly and you're well looked after. They've got a solid lineup of events, from lively games of pool and darts to bingo nights and live music, which keeps things entertaining without overwhelming the relaxed pace. The drinks selection is spot on, especially if you're a fan of those traditional cask ales, and it's all at prices that won't sting your wallet. On the flip side, it's more about the bevvies and the chat than a hearty meal, so if you're hoping for an extensive menu, you might end up a tad disappointed. Still, for a straightforward, welcoming spot to pop in for a drink and a laugh, it's got that genuine community spirit that's hard to beat – I'd say it's well worth a visit if you're in the area.

It offers plenty of entertainment options like bingo, pool, darts, and live music, ensuring there's always something fun on the go.
-
It's wonderfully dog-friendly, with treats and even food for the pooches, which is a lovely touch for those who bring their furry friends.
Cons
-
It seems to focus more on drinks and atmosphere rather than a wide selection of food, so if you're after a full meal, you might need to look elsewhere.
-
As a local spot, it could feel a bit quiet at times if you're seeking a more bustling or trendy night out.
