About This Pub

You know, I had a wander into the Green Man recently, and it's one of those pubs that just feels like a proper local hideaway – none of that flashy nonsense, just good, honest fun. The drinks are top-notch and won't set you back much, which is always a win, and they've got plenty to keep you entertained with pool, darts, and sports on the screens. That little patio out back is a nice touch too, especially on a sunny evening. It's under new management and from what folks are saying, it's only getting better, with a friendly crowd and even dogs welcome, so it's dead welcoming. On the flip side, it could do with sorting out the real ale situation based on one review, and without much online info, you might end up winging it a bit. All in all, it's a solid spot for a pint and a chat, but keep those points in mind if you're picky about your brew.

Cons
-

It seems like they were still waiting for real ale in some reviews, which might leave ale lovers a bit disappointed.

-

With no website or online presence to speak of, it's not the easiest place to get the latest info before heading out.

-

Only a small number of reviews so far, so it might not feel as established or buzzing as some other pubs around.
