About This Pub

You know, when you step into Frenchman’s Cove in Blackpool, it's got that cosy, down-to-earth feel that just draws you in right away. The staff are brilliant – always chatting and making sure everyone's sorted, which really makes for a relaxed time with mates. Prices are spot on for a good value night out, and they've got a cracking selection of drinks that won't leave your wallet empty. The atmosphere is what stands out most; with bingo, quizzes, and sports playing on the screens, it's easy to lose track of time and have a laugh. There's even a pool table for a bit of friendly competition, and it's generally clean and welcoming, which is a plus for popping in after a day exploring. On the flip side, though, the men's toilets could do with some sprucing up – it's not a deal-breaker, but it might make you think twice about lingering too long. All in all, it's a solid choice for a pint and some cheer in Blackpool, as long as you go in with realistic expectations.

Stopped in for the first time in years on Xmas Eve afternoon with friends including kids. Nice welcome and really friendly landlady who gave out free trifle shots. Very good prices too in a good selection of beers.

Was looking for a quiet place. It was busy enough for 1PM on a Monday, but not loud at all. Spacious inside and noticeably decent furniture. Seems like a drinking den quietly popular near the town centre. I look forward to going again, despite the state of the mens loos. Disabled was clean though. Single prices are competitive to multi buy offers of other establishments.
