About This Pub
Ah, the Fox & Grapes – it's one of those pubs that just feels like a proper local gem in Brierley Hill. I've got to say, the beer steals the show; that Bathams Bitter is smooth and full of character, and it's clear why it's won such a loyal following. The whole place has this cosy, community-driven feel, with friendly faces behind the bar and events like charity fundraisers that really bring people together. Pop out to the beer garden on a nice day, and you've got yourself a perfect spot for a chat and a laugh, with some undercover seating for when the weather turns. They've got darts and fruit machines for a bit of entertainment, and the snacks are spot on – think tasty cobs and sausage rolls that hit the spot without any fuss. It's inexpensive too, so you can enjoy a few pints without worrying about the tab. On the flip side, it's very much a traditional setup, which means it might not wow you if you're in the mood for something more contemporary or a wider range of grub. And those opening hours can be a bit late starting, so if you're an early bird, you might have to plan around that. All in all, though, it's a solid choice for anyone wanting a genuine, down-to-earth pub experience – I'd definitely pop in if you're nearby and fancy a pint with good company.

I’ve been to the fox and grapes quite a few times and I’d definitely recommend it to others, I’ve always been made welcome and very friendly!
Lovely local pub with great beer, good gin, tasty bar snacks, cobs & sausage rolls! Plenty pop, crisps and chocs for the kids. Dart board and fruit machines, regular charity fundraisers held and a sunny beer garden with some undercover seating for those wetter days. Love a Bathams pub!
Amazing little pub. Friendly people, lovely community. (I'm biased).
Serves a great pint of Bitter. And a nice cob (nice choice of sandwich fillings).
