About This Pub
Ah, Zetland Arms – what a gem in the heart of South Kensington! I've got to say, it's one of those pubs that just pulls you in with its rich history, dating back to the 1840s and even linked to Charlie Chaplin – imagine sharing a laugh over a drink in a spot like that. The food really shines; the Sunday roast is a proper treat, all juicy and delicious, and don't even get me started on the scotch egg – it's a cut above the rest and pairs brilliantly with a pint of London Pale Ale. The atmosphere is spot on too, with cosy nooks and spacious areas that make it perfect for a chinwag with friends, especially if you're popping in after a wander around the nearby museums. And the staff? They're an absolute delight, always on hand with a smile and efficient service that keeps things running smoothly. On the flip side, though, some of the offerings like the fish and chips are a bit run-of-the-mill and could do with a bigger portion to satisfy those hearty appetites. It's not overly buzzing all the time, which is lovely for a quiet evening but might not hit the mark if you're after a more energetic night out. All in all, it's a solid choice for anyone looking for good value, a bit of history, and that classic pub feel – I'd definitely recommend giving it a go for a balanced, enjoyable experience.

The fish and chips were fairly standard — I would’ve liked a few more chips. The pie, however, was very tasty.
The atmosphere is cosy, and we had a nice, secluded spot. It wasn’t busy when we visited, making it a great place to chat with friends.

We had Sunday roast for the first time in my life and it didn’t disappoint! It was so delicious, I will definitely get it again! The restaurant is very beautiful and our server Dayana was amazing and very nice!

Service was fast and friendly, I went for the London Pale Ale which was superb. I also ordered the scotch egg which far exceeded expectations it was very tasty and excellently cooked.
This is a fine traditional looking pub in a lovely location, with plenty of spacious indoor seating as well as some outside seating.
Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and need a snack or beer
