Tivi Ale is a good little bar that is unfortunately let down sometimes by it's strict rules and it's table bookings policies.
It offers decently priced beers and ales and has a good selection of snacks and cobs.
The outdoor seating is perfect on a sunny day.
It has all the potential to be the heart of community.
Unfortunately my family is no longer welcome due to a misunderstanding about table bookings.
But all that aside, it's a nice bar.

In an area that's lost most of its pubs, Tivi-Ale is a welcome addition. A microbar with a great atmosphere, good selection of cask ale, gin, lager, wines and spirits and a good snack selection.
Tivi-Ale is a single room pub, therefore can get very busy of a weekend. It's worth getting in early for a seat if you can.
