About This Pub

Oh, let me tell you about The Victoria – it's one of those neighbourhood pubs that just hits the spot for a laid-back evening. From what I've gathered from the reviews, the staff are absolute gems; they're so attentive and make everyone feel welcome, like you're catching up with old mates. I love how it's not overcrowded, so you can actually have a proper chat without shouting over the noise, and with two pool tables, it's brilliant for a bit of banter and laughs. The beer selection is spot on, and the food's decent enough to keep you going. On the downside, though, space can be an issue – especially if there's a big game on, you might find yourself jostling for a seat or standing around, which isn't ideal if you're after somewhere spacious. All in all, it's a hidden gem worth popping into for a good time, but keep in mind it might not suit if you're in a larger group or want plenty of room to spread out. I'd say give it a go; it's got that warm, community feel that's hard to beat.

Nice enough place with nice people. Not a lot of seating space, especially when footie is on in the bar, with the mostly empty tables and chairs in between the footie watchers at the bar and the TV. A couple of high tables and stools at the far end with the pool table. Lots of additional tables in the adjoining 'function room', but you're not allowed in there, which is a shame.

Local pub in village outside of london. Normal Selection of beers and decent enough food. The staff were lovely and attentive. We attended a wedding which was in its own section, lovely event.

the only pub I know with not only 1 pool table but 2! Lovely atmosphere, I don’t like an overcrowded/busy pub so this one is perfect, we can actually move around and hear each other when chatting. Everyone is so friendly
