About This Pub
Ah, The Travellers Inn – it's one of those neighbourhood pubs that you might stumble upon and think, 'This could be a nice spot for a casual catch-up.' From what I've gathered from the chats online, the staff really shine here; they're helpful and create that warm, welcoming atmosphere that's just perfect for unwinding after a long day. It's dog-friendly too, which is a lovely touch if you're out with your pooch, and they've got things like karaoke going on, adding a bit of excitement to the evenings. On the flip side, though, it's not without its downsides – the beer options are pretty slim, mostly sticking to John Smith's, which might disappoint if you're after something more adventurous. Prices can sting a little, making a simple round feel over the top, and when it's quiet, the place can lack that buzzing energy you'd hope for. All in all, it's a decent choice for a straightforward pint with mates, but I'd say it's worth keeping an eye on the value to make sure it hits the mark for you.

-
They're dog-friendly, which is brilliant if you're out with your furry friend and fancy a drink.

Cons
-
The drinks can feel a tad over-priced, especially for what you're getting, which might put a dent in your wallet.
-
The beer selection is quite limited, mostly just John Smith's on tap, so it might not satisfy those after more variety.

The atmosphere can be a bit lacking at times, particularly if it's quiet, making it feel a touch underwhelming.
-
Overall value for money isn't always spot on, as some folks have mentioned it's not the best deal compared to nearby options.
