About This Pub
Ah, The Seven – what a gem in Harrow, isn't it? Tucked away in this historic 400-year-old building, it's like stepping into a cosy corner of the past that's been given a fresh, vibrant twist with Indian cuisine. From what I've gathered from the buzz around, the food is often a real highlight; think mouth-watering dishes that go beyond expectations, especially when you're there for a celebration or just a casual meal. The staff are top-notch too, always on hand with a smile and efficient service that makes you feel right at ease. Plus, with the beer garden and live sports on the screens, it's spot on for a laid-back afternoon or evening out. On the flip side, though, the menu's a tad on the small side, so if you're after a wide range of choices, you might find it a bit lacking. And let's be honest, there have been times when the grub hasn't quite lived up to the hype, with some folks noting it's just average on occasion. It's also not the most family-friendly with limited high chairs, so keep that in mind if you're bringing the kids along. All in all, it's a solid choice for a good night out, but going in with realistic expectations will make for the best visit – I'd say give it a go and see what you think!

Recent Reviews
Recently there has been a change of chef. The food has always been good. But today the food far surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend not just the food but the whole ambience of the place. Friendly staff. Great service. With a pub friendly 400 year old surroundings.
Added more as celebrated Mother’s Day at The Seven (regulars now!)
Food & service was excellent. Staff lovely.
Suggestions:
Please give a bowl of water atleast to the dogs (there were three today). Try to introduce some papadoms on the house and an after meal freshener.
On occasions a small gesture would go a long way like a small something on tables or a note saying Happy Mother’s Day?
Singer was singing away but did move ahead to capture a snapshot of him signing.
Had to write more and post more …. 15th Feb continued celebrations of Valentine’s Day and bringing in another couple to introduce them to the place! It didn’t disappoint food was fantastic but each and every one of the staff and the Chef were amazing 🤩
We will see you all again soon. Thanks for a lovely evening.,
Still waiting for the dog menu and the sweets or something after meal!
Though loved the tequila shots!!

I simply can’t fault The Seven, we held a surprise party for my mum. The food was delicious, starters and mains, the food just kept coming, tasty and hot!
You have to come here, the staff are so friendly and professional. And to be honest the big TV screens showing sports were helpful, as it kept the men in our party occupied!
Seven Restaurant offers a dining experience that falls into the realm of averageness when it comes to its food. The ambiance is pleasant, creating a nice atmosphere for a casual meal, but the menu items leave much to be desired. The menu was quite small compared to the drinks menu. The dishes I tried were decent but lacked the “desi” flavour and creativity that one might hope for from a restaurant. Seven Restaurant provides a comfortable setting and friendly service, but the food may not leave a lasting impression. It's a suitable choice for a quick bite, but for those seeking a memorable culinary experience.
The curries were nice, cooked well, but the sauce was missing the masala flavour , and the seasoning felt somewhat unbalanced.
I may try this place again, but may try other restaurants in the vicinity first.
We came here for a late lunch. The food was good and I would come back here. We spent 25 each including food and drink. They only have 2 high chairs. It seems to be common practise for restaurants I go to. Lucky for us there were not many around so we had both.
We ordered a lot and I liked most of what we ordered. They have plenty of food for vegetarians in the starters a bit less for mains. The desserts were a bit disappointing. I wish they had more cake than cheesecake but that's a personal preference.
Definitely worth the visit. I will be back
