Lovely setting, good choice of food and food was good, drinks took a while with table service and had no lemonade that we were allowed to order. Server Shane made good cocktails

Terrible experience because of the female door woman. Photo inserted. I had made a booking prior and she said we weren’t on the guest list, I couldn’t locate booking so thought fair enough to wait for walk-ins at 7pm. We queued at 6pm and she said we had to get out the queue. We explained we’ll step aside or let everybody with bookings ahead of us, she said she gets to decide who comes in so it’s our best interest to leave. At 6:15 the queue was huge so we thought to go to the back AGAIN because by the time in reaches 7pm, we would’ve made some progrese - as 100s of other people were doing. She did not make anybody else exit the queue - please note that. It’s now 7:15pm, we’re at the front of the queue ready with our IDs. She calls over a male colleague, and “whispers” to him but we can see what is happening. The male returns and tells us we aren’t getting in for our attitude. We then reacted and said we’ve just queued for an hour - she then said she didn’t care and her colleagues told us to leave. Honestly have been here before and had a good time but the door staff(one woman in particular) needs reviewing.

Had to leave a review of this place as I saw some negative reviews on Google. My experience was really positive. The food was really tasty. I had a burger from somewhere in Covent garden that was meant to be the real deal but I found the my burger from The Prince to be better. The burger was Was named (The Prince) for anyone wanting a delicious burger. The chicken strips were just delicious too. The staff were great very friendly and happy to help with anything. And considering the food came from multiple places within the establishment, was brought out fast and roughly around the same time so fair play. Would come again.

A lot of fuss needed to make a weekday dine-in reservation which ended up being a disappointing experience. We were ill-sat in a very cold, noisy (just behind the DJ) and half-empty big room, without being told of an almost self-service system. QR codes on the tables to order didn't work and had to juggle to pass our table order with a waiter. Eventhough food was nice, we were so ill-placed and cold we couldn't wait to leave.

Lively place and I imagine it would be great to come for just a drink. Eating wasn't the best experience. None of the QR codes worked, so I had to order at the bar. The bar downstairs had no card machine, so I had to join a lengthy queue to order again upstairs. It took 10 minutes to get a receipt (for work) to find service out that service had been added on without being told, which considering the poor service, wasn't ideal. The starter and the main came together, and the nachos weren't great at all. The burger was ok.
