About This Pub
Ah, The Honeycombe in Hounslow is one of those neighbourhood gems that feels just right for a laid-back meal and a pint with mates. From what I've gathered, they do a cracking job with the food – think proper pub favourites like steak and ale pie or spicy tikka masala, all dished up at prices that make it easy on the pocket, especially with those epic daily deals around £10. The staff are an absolute delight, with Jaime and the team going out of their way to make everyone feel welcome, and the place is kitted out nicely for watching the big games or just unwinding with free parking and WiFi on hand. On the downside, it's not all smooth sailing; a few folks have mentioned dodgy bits like undercooked chips or meals that don't quite hit the mark portion-wise, and if it's busy, you might find yourself waiting a bit too long for that drink or order. Still, it's a solid pick for a casual get-together, as long as you keep expectations realistic and maybe steer clear of the rush hours – overall, it's got that warm, community feel that makes it worth a visit for anyone in the area.
Pros and Cons
Pros
-
The food is absolutely spot on with hearty pub classics like steak and ale pie or tikka masala, and it's all at brilliant prices – you can snag deals for just £10, making it a wallet-friendly treat.
-
The staff are lovely and welcoming, with the manager Jaime standing out for his friendly service that really makes you feel at home.
-
It's got a great setup for watching live sports on Sky and TNT, plus handy facilities like free parking, WiFi, and even EV charging, perfect for a relaxed catch-up with friends.
-
A solid spot for families or groups, offering a cosy atmosphere and quick service when it's not too busy, with options that cater to all tastes.
Cons
-
Some dishes can be a bit hit or miss, like undercooked chips or portions that feel a tad skimpy, which might leave you wanting more.
-
Service can drag on during peak times, with waits for drinks or food that sometimes feel longer than they'd like, putting a damper on the experience.
-
The location's a short walk from the station, which isn't ideal if you're not up for a stroll, especially after a long day.
-
While it's generally affordable, a few reviews mentioned meals that didn't quite live up to the hype, so it pays to choose carefully from the menu.

2 mile walk from Hatton Cross station (free ride from LHR airport). If you need to use a bunch of hours at LHR this is a 3 minute free tube ride and a 50 minute walk. My wife had the Steak & Ale pie, I had Tikka Masala and both were great! £12 for the two meals!
Was looking forward to taking my wife out for lunch but wish I had stayed at home ordered turkey roast dinner for my wife and I ordered chicken skewers with chips and onion rings also a latte that took 20 minutes to come would if been longer but had to go back up and ask where it is, the turkey roast was Luke warm with the roast potatoes to hard to cut green beens still had stalks on them and gravy was hardly any my wife left most of it, my skewers was not sizzling at all and the peppers were drowning in water onion rings hardly cooked see photo's and staff walking around without any smile no atmosphere
Jaime the manager is adorable! Food is delicious and reasonably priced! Every Saturday Dad and I pops in for our Saturday lunch! Honeycombe is my fave local pub/restaurant! Highly recommended! 5 stars to Jaime and staff!!!👍💚💯💋❤️
Food was absolutely lovely and staff is very friendly. Would recommend for small or large groups or families going. Not much wating time but it was not busy so I really can't be the judge on that. Has a dart board and toilet facilities. There is parking which is free as long as you register in the pub.
Bought a sharing platter, and a few drinks. First time visiting. Wasn't too happy with some of the food. The chips didn't look cooked. Also don't think there was enough chicken on there. The rest was ok. If parking make sure you book in on the tablet. 4 hours free.
