I didn't eat on this occasion, but I was impressed with how busy it was and also the offer on Backyard IPA for £2.45.
Small beer garden and fairly large indoor area.
Being so busy gave it a vibrant atmosphere.

A really clean and friendly Wetherspoons situated on busy Streatham high Road. Clean toilets, lots of seating, and nice decor inside.

It's a really nice pub. The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive, making sure we were enjoying our meals. Good selection of ales. Plenty of seating. They have seats level with the entrance and more seats downstairs where the bar is. They have a beer garden in the back. Service was quick and ordering was easy using the app. Restrooms are upstairs. There is a handicapped restroom on the same floor as the entrance doors. The only downside I have is that they close the beer garden at 9:45pm. Most close them at 10. I wish they never closed it.
